For Indonesia the bilateral programmes focus on generating and strengthening institutional capacity in development relevant sectors and theme’s such as: basic and higher education, ,HIV/ AIDS prevention, environment, water management and sanitation, trade, community based development, good governance & human rights, gender, and culture.
